Full prepayment via credit card/ bank transfer for the duration of stay is required for the hotel to issue a confirmation of booking.

In the event of a non-arrival, 100% of the prepayment is non-refundable

All VAT and service charges, where applicable.
- Changes by you

Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet such requests.

Subject to availability, we will confirm your booking on behalf of the hotel by issuing a confirmation letter upon receiving full payment for the entire duration of stay. Please check this carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information, which appears on the confirmation, appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.

On arrival, your room is normally available after 2 pm. If you plan to arrive earlier than 2 pm please advise the hotel directly by calling the number given in the hotel description.

You will find free parking at the hotel premises, Please check the parking facilities available in case of any special requirements.
-Special requests and medical problems

If you have any special request, you must advise us at the time of booking. We do not guarantee any request will be met unless we have written to you with specific confirmation that it will.

Pets are accepted only at the discretion of the hotel and are usually not allowed in public areas. If you intend to bring any pets this should be indicated on your initial inquiry. Charges may be made for pets. Guide dogs are specifically excluded from this policy and are welcome at the hotel.
